A quick and easy no-bake dessert dip that combines creamy cheesecake, sweet caramel, fresh apples, and crunchy toffee bits. Perfect for fall gatherings and ready in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwaving in 10-second bursts until soft but not melted.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides halfway through.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on low speed to combine, then increase to medium and beat for another minute until creamy.
  4. Using a spatula, gently fold in the diced apple, 1/4 cup of the toffee bits, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Do not overmix.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and spread into an even layer, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  6. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top in a zigzag pattern. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of toffee bits over the caramel. Optionally, add a light dusting of cinnamon.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving to firm up slightly. Serve immediately if desired.
  8. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or shortbread cookies.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese at room temperature. Do not overmix after adding the apple. The dip can be made up to 2 days ahead; add caramel drizzle and extra toffee bits just before serving. To keep apples from browning, toss with a squeeze of lemon juice.
